Motif 1

- With fingers spread open, both hands come in front of face with the left above the right --> as if protecting yourself.










- Crouch forward with back hunched over, hands over head and fists clenched --> as if protecting head from falling debris.





















- Swivel around by crossing left leg over right leg and turning one full round.




















- Turn to face stage right and shift weight backwards. Lean off balance on heels, and at the same time crouch forward and cover head like in the previous steps.
