Motif 2 - Panic

Motif 2 - Panic

- Facing the front, hands are around your ears/head. Roll your head (side,up,side,down). This is done on demi-pointe. 































































































- Drop onto the floor, do a fish roll backwards. 




















- Get onto your side, pushing against the floor, travel backwards.














- Roll onto your back, into a starfish position, changing to the other side than before.



























- Get onto your knees and travel on knees - done twice.



























- Do a side leap to the side, flexed toes and twist onto the floor. 














- Lie down on the floor.
