Motif 3 - Planes

Because of the nature of the 9/11 attacks, I thought it was vital to include a motif linking to planes as the twin towers were attacked by terrorists who had hijacked planes.

- From a neutral position, bring arms to the side - arms must be strong and rigid --> much like the wings of a plane.





















- Tilt to the right and then to the left with head looking down.
